Enjoy Poland is a licensed tour operator, organising group package tours in Poland. All our packages are meticulously planned and costs are based on a minimum group of 15 people , if you are less in number, then you will form part of a group consisting of a minimum of 15 people. Accommodation including breakfast, some meals & complimentary drinks are provided, depending on the package chosen. Transportation in Poland, Tour Guides and entrance to all places of interest on chosen itinerary (unless mentioned to the contrary).
In the following terms & conditions "E. P." "we", "our" and "us" refers to Enjoy Poland. The words "you" and "your" refers to the person making the booking and "group" refers to you and all the people travelling with you. It is assumed that you are the main person making the booking and are the main contact for the group and that all correspondence will take place between you and ourselves.
- Booking
When making a booking with us, you must send us details of your group, names, numbers, dates and any extra activities and pay the required deposit and balances by due dates .Your contract with E.P. shall not come into force until we issue you with our confirmation e-mail or invoice that confirms the receipt of your deposit .By making a booking with us ,it is assumed that acceptance of these terms and conditions is understood .As the person making the booking it is your responsibility for making all parties in your group aware of these conditions. The minimum age of all persons within the group is eighteen.
Full payment is required 35 days prior to the date of travel .Otherwise your booking is deemed cancelled. A reminder will be sent by e-mail prior to this date.( see cancellation fees).
- Deposit
A deposit of 15% of the total booking cost is required .Reservations cannot be confirmed until receipt of this deposit. To pay the deposit by debit/credit card simply follow the instructions

Once we have confirmed the booking to you and we have either received full payment or payment of a deposit, confirmation of reservation will be forwarded to you. Once bookings have been confirmed ,we charge a cancellation fee equal to the 15% deposit for each person cancelling. Payment can only be accepted from the person making the booking, or someone nominated as group leader. Individual payments cannot be accepted.
- Insurance
Signing the booking form/ticking the acceptance box, accepting our terms and conditions, announces that you and your group are physically and emotionally capable of participating in your chosen tour.
It is the individual's responsibility to ensure adequate travel and medical insurance is provided.
- Pricing
All prices are per person, are based on sharing a twin or double bedded room, in the Hotel star rating you have chosen Single room supplement available on request. Generally you will be in a group of at least 15 people.
- Final Payment
- Changes and/or Cancellations made by you
You may cancel your booking at anytime. Written notification must be received by us. Since we incur administrative costs in cancelling your booking, you will be required to pay the applicable cancellation fees:
1. Cancellations are free until confirmation of payment of deposit.
2. Cancellations made after booking confirmation sent will incur a 15% fee of total package cost.
3. Cancellations made between 35days prior to travel and 3days prior to arrival will incur a 50% fee.
4. Cancellations made within 3 days of your arrival or after arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost per person.
5. E.P. should be informed immediately about any changes and cancellations by e-mail or fax. Changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to E.P.
Changes in personal data are free of charge providing they are made no later than 5 days prior to the date of travel.
1. Cancellations made by you affecting the overall size of the group may result in a surcharge (Requirement of minimum size of some groups 15 persons).
- Changes made by us
Although it is very unlikely, it may sometimes be necessary for us to make amendments to your booking .We reserve the right to change any provider at any moment .should we believe levels of service or value are not being upheld ,or for any other reason. Although we will always try to advise you of these minor changes before you depart, we face no obligation to do so.
Force Majeure: Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way for reasons of war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions or circumstances relating to force majeure.
- Liability
We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, suppliers and agents, EXCEPT where they lead to death, injury or illness. In all cases, you must first seek compensation from the primary provider/supplier.(Hotel or Activity provider).Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of the price of your itinerary arrangements. We accept no liability for any accident that occurs while any of your group is under the influence of drink or drugs. In some cases persons in your group may have to sign a disclaimer forms before commencing activities.
- Personal injury unconnected with your booked itinerary arrangements
If you, or any member of your group, suffer death, illness, or injury whilst in Poland arising out of an activity which does not form part of your package itinerary arrangements or an excursion arranged through us, we shall at our discretion ,offer advice and assistance to help you in resolving any claim which you may have against a third party ,provided we are advised of the incident within 90 days of it's occurrence.
